Beginner Beading:
Beginner to advance beading (threading) techniques are taught in these 1.5 hour classes. Fun & extremely informative workshops show you how to design jewellery for all occasions. In our beginner necklace class you will learn exciting techniques to create jewellery with that professional touch. In our beginner earring class you will learn to thread measure and turn out a pair of chandelier or drop earrings. Our $35.00 workshop fee includes materials and the use of all tools needed to create your necklace or earring set. Group discounts apply when you book a group of 4 or more to attend any same class.
Drop in class are available upon request. Save $15.00 and book these two beginner classes on the same day with all materials included for only $55.00. This class will go for approx 2 to 2.5 hours. Classes held most days.
Beaded Crochet and Knitting:
Beaded crochet a four hour workshop in which you learn to create amazing multi-strand necklaces using crotchet cotton or wire. In this class you will also learn how to finish your piece using techniques for multi-strand necklaces.
Beaded knitting on wire is a four hour workshop in which you will learn how to knit a beaded cuff using beads and wire.
For crochet and knitting workshops lease contact us or come into the studio prior to class so that we can assist you in your choice of beads and threading material. Students must have a good basic knowledge of crochet or knitting to join the relevant class and will need to come to class with all beads pre-strung.
Learning to Crotchet-Knit with wire or cotton classes are held Tuesdays and Fridays at 10.30am or as requested. Bookings to be min. least one week in advance.
PMC Beginner Chainmaille Bracelet Workshop:
PMC is pure silver imbedded in an organic binder (a bit like pottery clay) allowing you to easily create unique pure silver jewellery. Our beginner bracelet workshop fee includes PMC lump clay (25g), sterling silver jumprings, clasp & the use of all tools required to finish your PMC & Chainmaille bracelet for $150.00. By the end of this workshop you will be able to work with this amazing product with confidence.

Beginner Lampwork Workshop:
This one day workshop will take you from a novice to an intermediate lampwork artist in one day. In this workshop you will be taught how to roll molten glass onto a metal rod to create your very own little masterpieces. This highly desirable wearable art is in much demand in Australia and you can learn how to create them easily and cheaply at home using little more than a BBQ bottle. Workshops run for 4 hours with a 1 hour lunch break. Create a set of lampwork beads that can be fashioned into anything you like including bracelet or key ring. Items covered include safety issues, the equipment needed to keep working at home and more. The $150.00 workshop fee includes all materials plus the use of all equipment required to make as many beads as can be finished in class. Beginner Paverpol Workshop:
Learn to create amazing sculptures for the home or garden easily in our one day Paverpol workshops. Using copper wire and scraps of fabric combined with this amazing fabric hardener you will design and dress and complete your very own sculpture to take home the same day. Contact us for more information or book a Paverpol class held the 3rd Saturday of the month starting at 10.30am. The $150.00 workshop fee includes all materials and the use of all tools to create a sitting sculpture complete with headdress and jewellery.
